Emergency Recovery for a Compromised Store
Malware cleanup, hardening and a rebuilt deploy pipeline after a supply-chain compromise.
Harrow Supply came to us with a store injected with redirect malware through an abandoned plugin, and no working backups. We isolated the compromise, cleaned the codebase, rotated every credential, and had them trading again within a day.
Afterwards we rebuilt their deployment so releases are reproducible, added off-site backups, and put file-integrity monitoring in place.
